On Sunday 1 March 7 BC, Jesus was born in Mird, not far from Qumran.  The circumstances of his birth implied he might be illegitimate (see Virgin Birth).  The location is the

(His birth is detailed by Dr Thiering in Jesus the Man, Chapter 8.)

At age 12, he is separated from his mother.  In this year, 6 AD, there is a great swirl of political activity.  The High Priest is Jonathan Ananus so Jesus is recognised as a potential David-King.

Travel abroad seems possible after this.  Judea is under the eastern influence of the Seleucids.  Perhaps Jesus travelled to Alexandria which had many eastern / Buddhist influences.

In AD 14 Jesus turns 20.  Tiberius becomes emperor and friendship with Rome begins.  Jesus enters the celibate life and starts training.  He isn't trained at Qumran, but rather at the less-strict Essene Gate near Jerusalem.

AD 15 Jesus is baptised in Jerusalem on Monday 25 March 15 AD.

On 1 March AD 17, Jesus' 23rd birthday, he is ready for full initiation and thus can receive communion - bread and wine.  Jesus becomes a 'Man.' and begins another four years of training.  Jacob-Heli, Jesus' grandfather and the David King, dies in this year.

In AD 18, Caiaphas becomes High Priest, so Jesus loses the recognition as a potential heir in the David-King line.

In AD 20, Joseph (Jesus' father) dies, so Jesus is first in 'line' as David-King.

At age 27, AD 21 he can begin ministry in the sanctuary.

On his 35th birthday, 1 March 29, Jesus begins his 18-moth period outside the community in preparation for marriage.  Jesus is now King.
